I work with your commercial and operations teams to identify where AI could save time or money. I also review the AI tools you already have and how much they're actually used.
For each use case worth testing, we agree what it's worth, how we'll measure it and when we'd stop. I also check that the data is there, and set out which decision the tool supports and which rules it follows.
We decide whether to use the AI features in software you already pay for, buy or partner with a vendor, or build your own. I weigh three things together: what it will deliver, what it costs to set up and run at your volumes, and what it does to your own capability, your data and the lock-in you accept. Improving one usually costs you on another.
Where building is the right route, I build a prototype on your own numbers and run a short pilot with real users. The prototype runs on its own, outside your systems, so it doesn't need integration or sign-off from IT and infosec. You get the results as they come out, plus a specification your team or a vendor can build from.
Not included: the production build, integration with your systems, and running the tool once it is live. I am not tied to any model provider.
