Prices
What AI models cost to run on real payments work, at the volumes a firm would see, and through the hosting routes that allow zero data retention. The prices are what each model charged during the tests.
What would the seven finalists cost you a year?
All seven use the expert prompt. Bars show the model cost a year; the hosting and engineering to run it come on top.
All 34 models, plain prompt
Cost a year at 10,000 statements a month. Models that weren't usable on the test are left out of the costs.

Cluster reports
One paid report per cluster of processes, starting with reconciliation. Each one covers the vendors that do the work, how the models did on my test, and what building the same thing yourself would cost to run, so you can compare buying with building.
The reconciliation report covers 10 processes, from card settlement to safeguarding reconciliation.
Agent vendor prices
Most agent vendors don't publish prices, and the ones that do charge per seat, per case or per outcome, which makes them hard to compare. Where a vendor publishes a price or confirms one, it goes into the cluster report for that cluster.
