How AI would do the work

22 processes

Agent workflow

Case work that runs across several systems and ends in a result you can check, such as a cleared sanctions alert or an answered chargeback. A person signs off before any money moves.

14 processes

Agent-assisted

An agent can gather the facts and draft, but the decision stays with a person, or most of the work is already done by a fixed engine.

15 processes

Single step

One read, one analysis or one calculation. The model tests cover these directly, and the same steps sit inside the agent workflows.

7 processes

Changed by agent payments

When AI agents start paying on a customer's behalf, disputes, fraud review and merchant onboarding all need to know what the customer authorised the agent to do. Visa and Mastercard both have agent payment programmes, but how disputes and strong customer authentication work for agent purchases in Europe is still open.

Each process gets a vendor scan and a single-step model test, weighed against the effort to build. Reading card acquiring statements has been tested. Reconciling card income is next. Read the testing method
